Who publishes Wyndle

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Wyndle mobile game published by PINECONE TECH LTD and identifies the app package com.pineconetech.wyndle. Website and Shopify practices are covered separately.

Data collected and shared

For the signed Wyndle 1.0.0 release, Google Play Data safety declaration: no user data is collected or shared. The app has no account or login system. Gameplay progress, settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Network analytics is disabled in this release and no analytics endpoint is embedded. Wyndle does not currently use advertising, cross-app tracking, crash reporting or account SDKs.

Permissions and sharing

The signed release requests only Android’s INTERNET permission. It does not request account credentials, contacts, location, camera, microphone, phone state or Bluetooth permissions.

When sharing is initiated by you, content is passed only to Android’s share interface and only the content you choose is sent.

Local storage and deletion

Gameplay progress and preferences remain on your device until removed through app data controls, Android backup settings or uninstalling Wyndle. Uninstalling normally removes app data, subject to device and Android backup behaviour.

Wyndle has no in-app account. To ask about app-associated data or deletion, email info@pineconetech.co.uk.

Children

Wyndle includes word-puzzle experiences suitable for younger players. The publisher’s Google Play target-audience declaration governs any child-directed treatment. This policy does not rely on the app’s general content rating alone.

Security and retention

Wyndle 1.0.0 does not send gameplay or account information to Pinecone Tech. Local data retention is controlled by the app and Android. The staging-only Cloudflare Worker is not part of the signed production app.

Changes

If a future Wyndle release adds analytics, advertising, accounts, cloud saves, purchases, crash reporting or other SDKs, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before those features are published.
