Agreement

These Terms apply to the Wyndle mobile application, package ID com.pineconetech.wyndle, published by PINECONE TECH LTD. By installing or using Wyndle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Wyndle for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works except where applicable law permits.

Acceptable use

Use Wyndle lawfully and do not interfere with the app, bypass technical controls, introduce harmful code, access systems without permission, or infringe another person’s rights.

Content and intellectual property

Wyndle and its software, design, graphics, text and content are owned by or licensed to PINECONE TECH LTD. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The Wyndle name and Pinecone Tech branding must not be used without permission.

Updates and availability

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue Wyndle or its features. Older versions may require updating and availability may vary by device and app store.

App stores and third parties

If you obtain Wyndle through Google Play or another store, that provider’s separate terms may apply. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Privacy

Use of information in Wyndle is described in the Wyndle Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wyndle is provided “as is” and “as available”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law.

Ending access

You may stop using Wyndle by uninstalling it. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the app or applicable law, or for a material breach of these Terms.

Law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer-protection law. We may revise these Terms and update the effective date above.
